THE FLAGSHIP INSPECTOR FOR IECEx Zone 1 ENVIRONMENTS

INDUSTRIAL Application

Oil and gas
Operate in non-IECEx zones of Oil & Gas plants to carry out thermal and audio-visual inspections of various devices in any weather condition.

Chemical
Detect anomalies in equipment such as pumps and fans, as well as inspect pressure and fluid levels in tanks by navigating through narrow spaces.

power and utilities
Operate in different energy production and power distribution facilities such as remote substations to carry out outdoor inspections in challenging terrains, all-year round.

ExR-2 FEATURES

Inspection
Carry up to 30kg of state-of-the-art inspection equipment such as IR thermal camera, LiDAR, elevating pan zoom camera for improved fields of view, gas sensors etc.

Deployment
Onsite deployment through autonomous charging with ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 certified docking station and a 2km range for inspection missions with a runtime of 120 minutes. Extend mission lengths through multiple docking stations.

Navigation
Navigate easily by following a virtual map and a combination of an ATEX certified LiDAR, GPS and/or machine vision with obstacle avoidance.
