The Exy ONE industrial exoskeleton is a mechanical equipment, wearable, which does not require batteries or electricity to work, and that reduces the effort of its users in up to 30%, decreasing the clearance thread.

The Exy ONE increases its user's power, reducing the forces needed to carry out activities, acting on the shoulder complex, arms and back, substantially reducing the risk of shoulder injuries and increasing productivity in the workplace. It is important to say that the equipment does not allow the worker to carry/handle loads greater than the weight limit that Ergonomics stipulates in its studies (23 Kg).

The second-generation Brazilian industrial exoskeleton incorporates characteristics / specifications derived from hundreds of hours of tests on real users, in their day-to-day activities, bringing greater comfort and productivity. These studies and tests have the support of Universities and Colleges, with the performance of professionals of the highest level.

Endowed with great technology, but at the same time with an unusual simplicity due to its backpack design, it allows the worker to save time in dressing, adjusting and removing the equipment in an intuitive and fast way. And mostly, alone. There is no need for another person to help with adjustments or dressing. The time to put on or take off the equipment takes approximately 30 seconds on average, and even less as the user gets used to the equipment.

Exy ONE won 3 design awards in 2020, 2 of them outside the country. The first was the Brasil Design Award, with gold in the machinery and equipment category, and the second prize in the A'Design Award & Competition, with gold in the A' Cybernetics, Prosthesis and Bio-Engineering Design Award category. These awards demonstrate Exy's concern to make its products comfortable, safe and reliable for its customers.

Exy has been working day after day to improve of its products, currently having a version available with 3.55 Kg total, a reduction of almost 20% compared to the 2019 version. This is due to the fact that we always look for the best materials but with great attention to the cost of the product, so that it remains accessible and scalable in companies' ergonomic/manufacturing projects. Exy ONE remains committed to cost much less than imported equipment available in the Brazilian market (in relation to final price).

Characteristics such as not being one-size-fits-all (we have a model for users over 1.67m, and another equipment for shorter users) helps in the process of adjusting and adapting to the equipment, as the suit has a better fit for each user. Equipment that is too large and not properly adjusted to the user becomes dangerous in industrial environments, due to the risk of hitching, falling and other problems.

Regarding the mechanism of the Exy ONE, it uses only national components, facilitating the maintenance and replacement of parts. It is completely mechanical, using no electricity, batteries or actuators, allowing it to be used 24x7 with stops for preventive maintenance (lubrication) every 15 days or more, depending on the environment in which it is used. There are also 4 adjustment levels, allowing finer adjustment in relation to the activity to be assisted. We constantly carry out tests on specific devices in the laboratory to assess the durability of the equipment and its components, with automatic repetitions to verify the robustness of the mechanism. In recent evaluations, we obtained results of 600 thousand cycles, which means a simulation of use in a 24x7 environment with 3 shifts for 1 year without maintenance.
