Event Description and Details

The goal of this workshop is to discuss challenges in the development of autonomous systems in open environments, for example in underwater or service robots.  Here, autonomy is interpreted broadly to include, among other topics:

  • Mission planning and decision making
  • Navigation and path planning
  • Adaptive and deep control
  • Active and reinforcement learning
  • Perception (object recognition, pose estimation, ...)
  • Etc.

The focus of the workshop is to discuss methods that support quality assurance for the above systems, including verification, specification, and testing.
