33RD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ROBOTICS IN ALPE-ADRIA-DANUBE REGION, RAAD 2024, JUNE 5-7, 2024, AT THE GRAND HOTEL ITALIA, CLUJ-NAPOCA, ROMANIA

Since 1992, this annual event has been organized by the robotic community in the Alpe-Adria-Danube Region of Europe. As per tradition, RAAD 2024 will cover all major areas of research, development and innovation in robotics.

Contributions on the following topics are especially encouraged:

· Novel design and applications of robotic systems, advanced robot control.

· Dexterous grasping, handling, and intelligent manipulation.

· Intelligent cooperating robots and service robots, intelligent information technologies for cognitive robots.

· Human-robot interfaces

· Robot vision systems and visual servoing techniques

· Mobile robots, aerial, underwater and space robots

· Medical robots

· Humanoid and walking robots

· Bioinspired and swarm robot systems

· Personal robots for ambient assisted living, medical robots and bionic prostheses

· Education in robotics

· History of automation and robotics

· Cognitive robots and emotional intelligence, ethical, legal, and social issues in robotics

· Underwater and space robots

All accepted and presented papers will be published in a Scopus indexed book of the SPRINGER ADVANCES IN SERVICE AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOTICS – RAAD 2024.
