What we find to be the top qualities of the Elite Robots CP Series Collaborative Palletizer:

  • Complete Palletizing Solution: Combines the cobot, supporting base, column, arm and system controllers, teach pendant station and specialised palletizing software.
  • Modular Configuration: Buyers can select one of three cobots and either a telescopic or fixed column to match different payload, pallet and stacking requirements.
  • Payloads Up to 30 kg: The CS620, CS625 and CS530H provide nominal payload options of 20, 25 and 30 kg respectively.
  • Stacks Up to 2.6 Metres: The CPL07 telescopic configuration can reach a maximum stated stacking height of 2,600 mm when paired with the CS620.
  • No-Code Job Setup: The embedded palletizing wizard guides operators through pallet and box setup, pattern selection and task configuration without conventional programming.
  • Fast Pattern Changes: Operators can automatically generate or manually configure patterns, preview them in 3D and switch between saved palletizing arrangements.
  • Single or Dual Handling: Optional single and dual vacuum grippers support different box-handling requirements, with upgraded configurations reaching up to 20 cartons per minute.
  • Compact Workstation: The complete palletizing base occupies a stated footprint of 1,400 × 1,700 mm.
  • Safety Options: Optional safety scanners can trigger reduced-speed operation or a safety stop when people enter configured zones.
  • Third-Party Compatibility: CS cobots can also be integrated with palletizing bases and programming tools from supported external manufacturers.

A Modular System for End-of-Line Palletising

The CP Series is intended to reduce the amount of engineering normally required to turn a standalone robot arm into a working palletising cell. Two base-and-column arrangements are available. The CPF10 uses a fixed 1,000 mm pedestal and is the more compact choice for lower stacking heights. The CPL07 adds a telescopic lifting column with a maximum column height of 1,700 mm, allowing the cobot to reach higher layers as a pallet is built.

The selected arm determines the system’s payload, horizontal reach, repeatability and number of axes. The CS620 provides the longest reach, the CS625 provides a higher 25 kg payload, and the five-axis CS530H provides the maximum 30 kg payload. The selected column then determines how high the complete system can stack.

The CP Series can therefore be configured around the product weight, pallet dimensions, required stacking height and available floor space instead of forcing every installation to use the same robot and pedestal.

What the CP Series Actually Includes

The CP Series is more than a CS cobot placed on an extendable stand. It is a modular palletizing workstation made up of a CS620, CS625 or CS530H robot arm (cobots made by Elite Robots), a supporting base, a fixed or telescopic column, separate arm and system controllers, a teach pendant and an adjustable operating station. Vacuum grippers and safety scanners are available as optional equipment.

Its dedicated palletizing wizard allows operators to enter pallet and package dimensions, select or manually build a stacking pattern and view a real-time 3D preview. The software also supports switching between different palletizing patterns and monitoring the process while it runs. Elite Robots says the software setup can be completed in four steps and under ten minutes, although physical installation, end-of-arm tooling, conveyor integration and safety commissioning are separate parts of deployment.

The system is intended primarily for palletizing and depalletizing boxes, cartons, bags and similar packaged products at the end of a production line.

How the CP Series Differs from the CS Series

The CS Series is a family of standalone collaborative robot arms (cobots). Its models can be integrated into assembly, inspection, machine tending, welding, dispensing, material handling, palletising and other automation systems. Buyers normally need to select or design the base, tooling, guarding or safety equipment, software configuration and surrounding cell components separately.

The CP Series, by comparison, is a purpose-built palletising package that uses selected heavy-payload CS arms as its robotic component. It adds the vertical column, system base, separate system controls, operating station and palletising-focused software needed to turn the arm into an end-of-line palletiser.

CP Series Configuration Comparison

Telescopic CPL07 Configurations

Configuration: CPL07 + CS620
Payload: 20 kg | Arm Reach: 1,800 mm | Repeatability: ±0.10 mm | Axes: 6 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,200 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 2,600 mm | System Weight: Approximately 430 kg
Best suited for: Tall pallet stacks, large pallets and applications where extended horizontal reach is more important than maximum payload.

Configuration: CPL07 + CS625
Payload: 25 kg | Arm Reach: 1,500 mm | Repeatability: ±0.08 mm | Axes: 6 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,000 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 2,300 mm | System Weight: Approximately 428 kg
Best suited for: Heavier cartons requiring a balance of payload, precision and elevated stacking height.

Configuration: CPL07 + CS530H
Payload: 30 kg | Arm Reach: 1,522 mm | Repeatability: ±0.10 mm | Axes: 5 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,000 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 2,300 mm | System Weight: Approximately 400 kg
Best suited for: High-payload palletising where lifting heavier packaged products is the main requirement.

Fixed CPF10 Configurations

Configuration: CPF10 + CS620
Payload: 20 kg | Arm Reach: 1,800 mm | Repeatability: ±0.10 mm | Axes: 6 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,200 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 1,700 mm | System Weight: Approximately 410 kg
Best suited for: Large pallets and long-reach handling where a telescopic lifting column is not required.

Configuration: CPF10 + CS625
Payload: 25 kg | Arm Reach: 1,500 mm | Repeatability: ±0.08 mm | Axes: 6 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,000 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 1,600 mm | System Weight: Approximately 380 kg
Best suited for: Medium-height palletising of heavier products in installations favouring a simpler fixed-column design.

Configuration: CPF10 + CS530H
Payload: 30 kg | Arm Reach: 1,522 mm | Repeatability: ±0.10 mm | Axes: 5 | Maximum Pallet Size: 1,200 mm × 1,000 mm | Maximum Stacking Height: 1,600 mm | System Weight: Approximately 380 kg
Best suited for: Heavy product handling and lower pallet stacks where maximum payload matters more than lifting-column travel.
