From Compact Automation to 20 kg Payloads

The five S Series cobots cover a surprisingly broad range of robot sizes and capabilities. At the compact end, the S622 carries 3 kg over a 622 mm working radius and weighs about 15 kg. The S922 extends this to 5 kg and 922 mm while remaining relatively compact at approximately 22 kg. Both are rated at ±0.02 mm repeatability.

The range then becomes more interesting. The S1034 increases payload substantially to 16 kg despite having a reach of only 1,034 mm. By comparison, the S1400 stretches much farther to 1,400 mm but has a lower 10 kg payload, making these two models useful for quite different requirements. Finally, the S1854 sits at the top of the range with a 20 kg payload, 1,854 mm working radius and typical TCP speed of 2 m/s.
